Art in the Streets at the MOCA

Finally, Graff is being represented in a museum, in a real way. The MOCA just opened “Art  in the Streets”. It might be the first show of it’s kind. It takes you through a history lesson on how the art form came to be. There is artist from all over the world being represented in the show. There is too much on display for me to mention it all but the Banksy and Seventh Letter sections are beyond real. I walked the gallery for about two hours and walked out of there overwhelmed. If you enjoy graffiti or street art, you cannot miss this show.

It’s amazing how important photography has been to street art as a form of documenting this art form.
