Noche de Ofrenda was a lesson in the importance of remembering our cultural heritage. It was a celebration of the Eastside, at the foot of LA’s city hall. There was a musical set by El-Haru Kuroi, some spoken word from Boyle Heights poets, and a beautiful Danza performance.
